Exchange Policy

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or size issue, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  Have all original tags attached.

  Be returned in its original packaging.
  
• 
  Include the original invoice (if applicable).

  Be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  

Once your returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it meets our exchange criteria, the exchange process will be initiated.

If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to the customer, and the exchange request will not be approved.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Kurti Bazar does not offer returns or refunds.

Customers are requested to check their parcel at the time of delivery. If you find any issue with the product, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. No return or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Exchange Processing Time

Approved exchange requests are usually completed within 7–10 working days after the returned product has passed our quality inspection.
